Educational Coaching & Consulting
Coaching is an educational, skills-based service focused on understanding patterns, developing strategies, and applying evidence-informed information to everyday life.
Coaching may address ADHD and executive functioning, relationships and communication, sexuality, and practical behavioral strategies.
Coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment and does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
May be available to individuals and couples outside New York.
