I am a 100% virtual provider and work exclusively with adults. I'm an out of network provider and my fees are based on time, not service type.

45 minute sessions: $250
60 minute sessions: $300

Please note: Couples therapy & coaching are not reimbursable by insurance and are considered out of pocket services.

My work isn't just about the time we spend face to face. I offer ADHD affirming, neurodivergent informed care that includes:

HIPPA compliant email session summaries
Personalized educational PDF's & tools
Between session scaffolding when needed

This is support designed to work with you brain, not against it.

I provide superbills which clients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement. However, I cannot guarantee coverage. Clients are responsible for verifying benefits directly with their insurance provider.
