Educational Coaching & Consulting
60-minute session | $375
For adults and couples seeking individualized education, strategy, and practical application around ADHD, relationships, and sexuality.
Coaching is a non-clinical, educational service designed to help you better understand what is happening, identify patterns and barriers, and develop practical strategies that can be applied to your life or relationship.
My coaching work draws from my education and expertise in ADHD, clinical sexology, human sexuality, relationships, psychology, and behavioral science.
Unlike psychotherapy, coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Instead, our work is focused on education, understanding, strategy, and application.
Coaching may be available to adults and couples located outside/ inside of New York.

What Coaching With Me Looks Like
I don't approach coaching as a predetermined program where everyone moves through the same modules, worksheets, or strategies.
Because knowing that you have ADHD or that you and your partner are struggling with sex, communication, or connection, doesn't always tell us why you're struggling with it.
I want to understand your system:
-
How does your attention work?
-
Where does initiation break down?
-
What happens between knowing what you want to do and actually doing it?
-
What keeps happening between you and your partner?
-
What happens before sexual connection becomes difficult?
-
Are attention, executive functioning, sensory experiences, expectations, communication patterns, environmental demands, or relationship dynamics contributing?
Sometimes the thing that looks like the problem isn't actually the problem.
That's what I want us to figure out.
The Work Doesn't Stop When Our Session Ends
Your session fee reflects more than the 60 minutes we spend together.
Depending on what we're working on, I may spend time outside of our sessions:
-
Mapping patterns we've identified.
-
Reading research relevant to your situation.
-
Creating individualized educational materials.
-
Developing activities, visuals, or communication frameworks.
-
Building practical tools, accommodations, or systems around a specific barrier.
Sometimes you may receive something after a session that didn't exist before it, because what would be useful for you wasn't sitting inside a generic workbook.
I don't believe sharing the same diagnosis, struggle, or relationship problem means sharing the same solution.
That individualized work is part of what your session fee supports.
Coaching vs. Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a licensed clinical service that can include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of mental health, emotional, behavioral, sexual, and relationship concerns.
Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on education, understanding patterns, developing skills and strategies, and applying information to your individual life or relationship.
Coaching does not include mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment of mental health disorders, or crisis services and does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
If concerns arise that are more appropriately addressed through psychotherapy or another clinical service, I may recommend working with an appropriately licensed provider.
